We have been told since childhood that we should brush our teeth daily before sleeping; but good practices are not easy to follow ;) But what if we say that it will help you loose weight! Interesting right?! Yes, actually. It is now a proven science that brushing your teeth daily before sleeping helps you loose calories and reduce weight gradually.
Brushing your teeth after dinner can serve you as a reminder that you are not supposed to eat. The cool minty feeling in your mouth actually acts as a reminder to stop when you start craving for food in the night; and also it will remind you that if you eat you will need to brush again.
