  1. Use antiperspirant: You should choose an antiperspirant and not just a deodorant. Antiperspirant can prevent sweat accumulation and also treat its pungent smell.
  2. Wearing the right fabric:  You should always choose fabrics that are made with a loose weave, like linen. Apart from the fabric, you should always choose the color of your clothing wisely. While certain colors can make your sweat visible, some can keep it hidden.
  3. Practice yoga: You should meditate every day in the morning to calm down your nerves, thus lessening the production of sweat. Apart from this, all the breathing exercises can control sweat production in the body.
  4. Sandalwood powder:  In order to treat sweat, take a few spoons of white sandalwood powder and add some rose water and lemon juice to it. Mix all the ingredients together and make a thick paste. Apply it on the underarm area and wash off with cold water.
