In our everyday lives, we do many things that affects our life in some manner or the other, in a minor way. These may be very small things on which we might not even give much attention, but these does not mean that they should be overlooked. 
Air fresheners:
Deodorizers for room usually contain 2, 5-dichlorophenol, a metabolite of 1, 4-dichlorobenzene, which has been associated with premature puberty and other health problems (even cancer). These deodorizers also have endocrine-disrupting phthalates. If you are having problems with unpleasant smells, try to address the main reason of it instead of subduing the stench. If you cannot find the cause of the problem, using other methods of making the room smell fresh may help. These include opening the windows and doors, use of high quality essential oils, etc.
Antibacterial soaps and detergents:
We find it acknowledgeable to routinely disinfect our body as well as the surroundings using antibacterial soaps/detergents. But, this practice can cause a lot of problems in the long run. Not only do antibacterial soaps and detergents promote the development of drug-resistant bacteria, but they also have compounds such as triclosan that have been linked to several harmful health effects. According to research, triclosan can cause allergies, endocrine disruption, weight gain, thyroid dysfunction and inflammatory responses.
Plastic food containers and bottles:
In summer we load the fridge with bottles of water and toss our left-overs in plastic containers. Whatever is in the plastic container gets exposed to endocrine-disrupting chemicals such as phthalates, bisphenol-A and bisphenol-S. The endocrine system is responsible for regulating mood, development, tissue function, metabolism, sexual function and reproduction. So, when these endocrine-disrupting chemicals get mixed with the food, they can cause reproduction problems, hypertension, hyperactivity that is accompanied by impaired learning and increased aggressiveness, reduced IQ in children and cancer of the prostate, breast and thyroid.
